During the Yoga Nidra practice we will consciously relax the entire body and release any blockages, allowing the prana to flow freely bringing healing energy to all parts of the body. Towards the end of the practice, once the body is completely relaxed, we will use the power of visualization to tap into the subconscious mind and become conscious creators of our lives. It’s safe to say that Yoga Nidra improves homeostasis and in doing so improves the health of anybody who chooses to practice it.
