Welcome to Warmth, Nevada County's premier hot yoga studio.
Originally opened in 2003, Warmth has evolved over the years and blossomed into a community yoga center with diversity in class types.
We got you covered with everything from premium rental gear, beverages to keep you hydrated, locker rooms with hot showers, and natural high-quality amenities we provide a clean and inviting experience from the moment you walk in the door.

All Warmth classes are heated and range from
60 - 90 minutes.
The yoga rooms are kept at 40% humidity and heat ranges from 93 to 105 degrees.
The Shiva room features 2 beautiful murals by yogini Yukiko Oshe
The Shiva room is equipped with a high-powered forced air heating & humidifying system, an energy recovery ventilator to maintain healthy oxygen levels in the hot room, and the iWave air purifier.
The air purifier works before, during, and after each class, maintaining high-quality fresh oxygen in the hot room throughout the class.

The second yoga room, the Shakti room, features an infrared heating system and high-powered humidity to keep your lungs happy and healthy throughout your yoga practice.

The locker rooms have multiple showers stocked with high-quality natural soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
The women's lounge has amenities to freshen up and prepare you to flow easily from mid-day hot practice to business meetings when necessary. You'll find everything you need from makeup remover, blow dryers, and organic body care products in the women's lounge.
The studio and lounge are open 30 minutes before and after every scheduled class.
The studio is available for rent for personal practice or privately guided hot classes.
